Five Blocks Down was inspired, in part, by the need for Hispanic literature with protagonists who face the same challenges as teenagers living in many of our neighborhoods.
Submissions
I am accepting submissions of rap lyrics/ poetry for publication on Paco’s Corner. If you have your students write lyrics based on one line from the book, you should send them to me at : info@miriamsidanius.com. I will post new lyrics every few weeks.
